近日，柳工印尼公司舉辦了“柳工-柳州職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院-雅加達(dá)理工學(xué)院校企合作TTT（Training the Trainer to Train）認(rèn)證培訓(xùn)”結(jié)業(yè)典禮。

Recently, LiuGong Indonesia held a ceremony for the LiuGong–Liuzhou Vocational and Technical College–Politeknik Negeri Jakarta Enterprise Cooperation TTT (Training the Trainer to Train) Certification Training at its headquarters.

來(lái)自柳工-柳職院全球客戶體驗(yàn)中心的蔡智泉、李光輝、韋茂志三位培訓(xùn)師，受邀于11月初赴雅加達(dá)理工學(xué)院，對(duì)7名教師進(jìn)行了為期一個(gè)半月的TTT認(rèn)證培訓(xùn)，包括：工程機(jī)械基礎(chǔ)理論、核心部件、柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)講解，柳工裝載機(jī)及挖掘機(jī)資質(zhì)認(rèn)證。

Cai Zhiquan, Li Guanghui, and Wei Maozhi from the LiuGong–LVTC Global Customer Experience Center were invited to Politeknik Negeri Jakarta in early November to conduct a one-and-a-half-month TTT certification training for 7 teachers. This included basic theory of construction machinery, core components of construction machinery, diesel engine construction machinery, LiuGong loader and excavator qualifications.

給予參訓(xùn)的七名教師高度評(píng)價(jià)。

雅加達(dá)理工學(xué)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和教師代表在肯定培訓(xùn)的同時(shí)表示，表示后續(xù)將會(huì)對(duì)校企合作項(xiàng)目提供更多的支持。

The trainers gave high praise to the 7 teachers participating in the training. The leaders of Politeknik Negeri Jakarta and the representatives of the trainees endorsed the training and said they would provide more support to the school-enterprise cooperation project.

Mr. Lin Long, General Manager of LiuGong Indonesia, expressed his gratitude to all schools for their support and efforts in the project, and said that LiuGong Indonesia would make full use of the project"s high-quality human resources. He also mentioned that the company will continuously improve its professional skills and those of its dealers, build a service team with excellent skills and abilities, and contribute to the development of the construction machinery industry in Indonesia.
